Swanke Hayden Connell Architects, an international architects company owning various awards, activates in Turkey since 1986 and officialy activates under Swanke Hayden Connell Mimarlık A.Ş. trade title since 1995. Together with İş Bankası Kuleleri (İş Bank Towers) and Tekfen Tower, the 2 projects leading the international office investments, it has completed many local projects in the city center. For the last six years, SHCA offers project design service in different fields through the strong cooperation established with London office. Some of these projects are; Coleman Street, Central Notts Hospital, Jennie Lee Building, etc… international projects being appreciated in London.

Heating with natural gas-fired boiler, central cooling system will be made in the system with water-cooled chillers . Office ( supply of fan coils and all kinds of mechanicalinstallation works of the customer / tenant belongs ) and office corridors heating and cooling systems using 4 -pipe fan - coiler will be held. Heating and cooling costs for each individual department will be measured by calorimetry.

CONSTRUCTION
General Construction: All materials used in the application works with Turkish Standards, relevant specifications and related areas of Public Works shall be in accordance with national norms.
FRONT SPIECE
Curtain wall system will be applied in exterior. Exterior has a high thermal and sound insulation properties.
WALL
Gas concrete or gypsum walls dividing wall between independent sections. Concrete or drywall gas in the tank wall. Aerated concrete and gypsum walls in the public areas will be used. Glass partition walls between offices with floor halls will be used.
WALL COATINGS
Ground of independent parts, the concrete surface will be released as appropriate jeans to the raised floor. Raised floor property will be made by the owner or tenant. Suitable materials for use in architectural projects in the shared social space ( natural stone , carpet, ceramic , wood, etc . ) will be used. Surface hardener and dust inhibitor in the underground parking and storage areas will be implemented.
WALL COATINGS
In the independent section of the wall made of aerated concrete or plaster over drywall will be delivered . All elevator halls of PVB glass paneling , decorative paint to be used under the plaster or concrete . Common architecture in the social area in the project in accordance with the wood, natural stone, plaster painting, etc. PVB glazing. material will be used . All services and concrete paint will be applied via the fire escape corridor.
DOORS
Independent entrance section will be done by the landlord or tenant. In areas where fire regulations require fire-resistant, certified, panic push bar steel doors will be installed. 4 entrance of the tower ( 2 rear inputs, 2 front entrance ) revolving glass door will be found.
CEILS
Drywall ceilings in warehouses,depending on the projects in the areas will be delivered. Concrete ceilings, aluminum grille ceilings, wooden panel ceiling, metal ceiling will be produced . All wet areas of common use moisture resistant plasterboard ceiling will be made. Parking ceilings and concrete ceilings service corridors surface will be delivered.
WET AREAS
Appropriate water-saving fixtures will be used to LEED criteria 1. Quality. Aerated chamber walls in wet areas, WC cabins will be produced as an intermediate compartment and the door to the cubicle. Excluding wet areas on the ground floor of all the towers in the wet ground floors ,1st class ceramic tiles will be made according to the project.

To meet the energy structure will be medium voltage switchgears and substation facilities that are found in the transformer . The building structure due to high; floors for power distribution busbar system will be established. The project with local regulations on electrical installations will be designed in accordance with European and international standards.
BACKUP POWER SYSTEM
When the utility power fails structure to meet all the needs of 100 % diesel generator (generator) group will be established. Structure BMS, security systems, computers, office management , computer and telephone systems , alarm systems , fire alarm and fire dampers in nature to feed the UPS infrastructure will be created.
LIGHTING SYSTEM
The common areas will be provided with fluorescent or LED light bulb fixtures containing 1 class . A sufficient amount of battery for emergency lighting and security lighting fixtures in common areas and parking section will be used.
ELEVATORS
According to the number of floors of the office building serving the project and technical features staff elevators, 1 service and firefighter elevators ; the appropriate number of projects and specifications parking with elevator will be installed . EMS can be monitored from the control room Elevator( Elevator menagement System) that will be established. Security cameras in cabins and facilities will be announced.

VENTILATION SYSTEM
The heat -gain independent back office section on each floor for ventilation of 100% fresh air ventilation plants are designed to be used. (HRV devicesoffice supplies and ventilation system manufacturing, customer / tenant belongs to. ) Ventilation devices will be equipped with highly efficient heat recovery system rotariv. Office 10 mA / person with the adoption of 50 m / hour will be fresh air . Central office floors will be made of wet exhaust ventilation . In the parking floors normal ventilation and smoke exhaust system will be implemented as fan'l jet system. Smoke evacuation system on all floors, fire escapes and emergency pressurization will be implemented in an elevator.
FIRE EQUIPMENT
Automatic sprinkler system throughout the building (sprinklers) shall apply. Common areas will be placed in the fire box. IT gas extinguishing system in the room, generator room and the dry-type transformer room sprinkler system shall be applied. Kitchen fire fighting measures will be taken in the hood.
PLUMBING
Ladies and gentlemen of the office floors will be wet common locality of all the materials used will be in accordance with TSA and other national specifications ( interoffice the wetsupply and installation of mechanical and sanitary ware customer / tenant belongs ). Central water reservoir and pump systems will be implemented. Wet hot water needs will be met with the local electric water heaters.
